This historic, family run establishment is truly one of the best hotels in the county, and has the feel of a charming country retreat in the middle of a bustling city. Downton Abbey’s Joanne Froggatt is a fan as is Ripper Street’s Jonas Armstrong and the great British icon Sir Bruce Forsyth loved staying.
Originally two private houses built during the reign of William IV, the stunning building dates back to 1834 and is steeped in history, boasting original features as well as a spa, outdoor swimming pool and landscaped gardens.

We secured press in both national and regional media. This included the coveted Celebrity Hotspot page in OK! Magazine, and a feature in the Sunday Express.
We also spent time sourcing appropriate bloggers and influencers, who could share our message with their audience. A number of luxury bloggers were contacted and have since stayed at, and reviewed the hotel.
