One of York’s best loved eateries, Il Paradiso Del Cibo is renowned for producing world class Italian and Sardinian food under the watchful eye of charismatic owner, Paolo Silesu. The restaurant has proved such a huge success through word-of-mouth that it can be a struggle to get a table, but once inside its intimate atmosphere you never want to leave.

Numerous celebrities have visited the haunt after hearing recommendations, more recently Red Dwarf star Craig Charles popped in for Christmas Eve supper and Hollywood icon Gabriel Byrne is also a regular. The restaurant produces some of the most spectacular pastas on the market and everything is cooked to order.
